Shipping Policy
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders are shipped via private courier, FedEx or Canada Post. Heavier items may be shipped by truck (common carrier) at our discretion. Before accepting any damaged package from a carrier, please open it and note the actual damage on both yours and the carrier's receipt. Unfortunately, things may get misrouted, if this happens, please call our Customer Service Department. We will be happy to trace your order with the carrier.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your unused merchandise, return it to us (freight prepaid) within 15 days of the purchase.
